Naazneen Khan is an Attorney and Notary who obtained her LLB degree in 2018 and was admitted in 2020. She did her articles at a family law firm and gained experience in general family law litigation, drafting of contracts, family law agreements and Mediation. She has also gained knowledge and experience in a multitude of industries and gained insights in the field of investigative work assisting and involving herself in strategizing with SAPS and various Security Companies.
She passionate about maritime law, archaeology, history and alternate dispute resolution.
She has also obtained certification in International Humans Rights law and is currently working towards a dual qualification i.e. The Solicitors qualifying examinations (SQE) of England and Wales as well as a mediation accreditation. Her unique skills include attention to detail, identifying solutions, dispute resolution and ensuring client satisfaction of the highest level.
As a Woman in Law Award Nominee in 2019 under the category of Social Justice and human rights, she is a respected leader and has a passion for Justice and is dedicated to getting the best for her clients.
She is also a part-time freelance radio presenter, a member of the Family Law Forum, Minara Chamber of Commerce, Board member of AIMURE (African Institute for Marine and Underwater Research, Exploration and Education), and a Founding Partner at Dignified Dispute Resolution
